For standard orders we may request a 50% deposit to secure your date. For corporate orders, a full deposit is required. We'll confirm this when we respond to your order.

Follow the steps below and your bouquet will stay beautiful for as long as possible.
As soon as your bouquet arrives, place the stems in a clean vase with fresh, cool water. Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline — these cause bacteria that shorten the life of your flowers.
Using sharp scissors or a knife, trim about 1–2cm off each stem at a 45° angle. Do this every 2–3 days when you change the water. The angled cut increases the surface area for water absorption.
Keep your bouquet in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, radiators, and draughts. Avoid placing near fruit bowls — ripening fruit releases ethylene gas which speeds up wilting.
Replace the vase water every 2 days with fresh, cool water. Rinse the vase each time to remove any bacteria build-up. Clean water is the single most important thing you can do for your flowers.
As individual blooms start to fade, remove them from the arrangement. This keeps the remaining flowers looking fresher for longer and prevents bacteria from spreading through the water.
Your cinnamon rolls are baked fresh that morning and are at their very best on the day they're made. Enjoy them as soon as possible for the full warm, soft, pillowy experience.
If you're not eating them immediately, warm your rolls in the microwave for 15–20 seconds or in the oven at 160°C for 5 minutes. This brings back that just-baked softness and warmth.
Store any uneaten rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze individually for up to 1 month. Defrost at room temperature and warm before eating.
